Our sizes are based on your shoe size and calf circumference.. You can find your size on the product page by clicking on 'What's my size?’.

The difference mainly lies in the use of materials, which are adapted to the activity. You can click on the product page at 'fabrics & care' to see the material composition.

The Running Socks are made with an ultra thin footpart, while the Sports Socks have a padded heel and toe.

Tubes are mainly used for intensive workouts where your legs and feet are already moving a lot. The compression effect on the calves is the same. But the socks have the advantage that they also stabilize the ankles.

We always advise to put them on like in our instruction video: How to put on STOX Energy Socks?.

We recommend washing them by hand or in the washing machine (max. 30 ºC). Please note, do not dry them in a tumble dryer, direct sunlight or on a radiator.

The legal warranty applies to all products that you purchase from us. A legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it.

To place your order, select the product or products you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. You then go to the checkout page where you have to fill in your personal information and pay for the order.

We mainly sell online through our webshop and are available in the Netherlands with selected products at the following stores: ‘store locator’.

No, you can also place your order as a ‘guest’. But keep in mind that you will have to enter your shipping information again in case of a new order and you will not have an order summary on the website.

Due to automatization, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel/change an order that has been placed. You can return the order or perhaps refuse the delivery and place a new order for the replacement item.

We offer different payment methods such as: iDEAL, Sofort Banking, Bancontact, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shopify Pay and Amazon Pay.

We offer free (standard) shipping for orders within the EU, UK and US. Outside of these areas, shipping costs will be automatically calculated in the checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the package.

If you order before 23:45 p.m. on working days your order will be sent the same day. Once we ship your order, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and a Track & Trace code.

This depends on your location and carrier. We advise you to check the tracking link for the most accurate information.

You can return your order within 30 days after receipt in its original packaging including the packing list. We'll provide you with a refund of the purchase amount upon return. Return costs are at your own expense.

We currently do not offer exchanges. You'll need to place a new order if you wish a different size or color. Please check our return policy on how to return your order.

It is not mandatory to take back socks that have been fitted or worn due to hygienic reasons. However, we understand that you first would like to fit / try out the STOX Energy Socks. This can be difficult with online shopping. So when you are not satisfied with your received STOX, you can return them, but the costs will be for your own expense.

The purchase amount will usually be refunded within 14 working days after receiving your return shipment. You'll automatically receive an email confirming the refund.
