If you have a complaint about our products or services, you can contact us by sending an email to support@stoxenergy.com or by calling +31 (0)202 600 129.
You will receive a response from us within 14 days after receiving your complaint. If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can also submit it to the Disputes Committee Thuiswinkel (www.sgc.nl).
