RETURNS & REFUNDS
We will offer a full refund within 14 days of receipt if the returned products meet our return criteria. Unfortunately, we can not refund any taxes, duties or charges for returns.

→ Place the item(s) in the original shipping box.
→ Place the original or a copy of the receipt that came with your order.
→ Close the box and tape it securely.
→ Post your parcel using any of your preferred shipping methods.
→ Return shipment is at the customer’s own cost.
We cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit. To secure the arrival of your return, we advise using a postal service with tracking and/or insurance.
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you are interested in a different product, please return your item(s) to us and place a new order.
When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email. A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS
Before your parcel leaves our stockroom, it has been fully checked by our packing team. If you, unfortunately, still received an item classified as faulty or damaged, please inform us within 30 days after receiving your order at email@example.com in order to be eligible for alternatives such as exchanges, refunds or repairs. Please accompany this request with your order number and (if needed) images to clarify the reason of this request.
