Product
Our socks come in 3 sizes for both men and women. The sizes are based on 2 measurements: your regular shoe size and your calf circumference, measured around the widest part of your calf. It’s easy to choose your size using the 'What's my size?’ tool on the product page after selecting a sock. If you are between sizes please contact our sales team support@stoxenergy.com who’ll be happy to advise you.
The Running Socks are made with an ultra-thin cushion for excellent shoe contact and a natural feeling stride. The Sports Socks have a medium cushioned heel and toe for reliable shock absorption. Both are made with moisture-wicking Dryarn® to keep you dry and comfortable.
All STOX Energy Socks give the same compression advantages, yet we've used varying designs and materials for each activity. Select the ‘fabrics & care’ section on the product page to see what’s in each sock.
Calf sleeves are mainly used for intensive workouts where your legs and feet move around a lot, jumping, squatting etc. The compression effect on the calves is the same. The advantage of the full socks is that they also stabilize your ankles.

- Turn the leg inside out
- Put your foot in the toe of the sock and slide your heel in
- Then slide the sock up your calf and evenly distribute the length of the sock all the way up your calf until under your knee
- Do not stretch the sock high up and fold over at the top.
STOX Energy Socks stay in their best condition when washed by hand or in the washing machine at a max temperature of 30ºC. Please don’t put them in the tumble dryer, instead hang to dry, out of direct sunlight.
Yes, all our products have a legal warranty that guarantees a full refund if your STOX Energy Socks arrive damaged, or do not reasonably meet expectations.
Orders
To place your order, select the product or products you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. You then go to the checkout page where you have to fill in your personal information and pay for the order.
We mainly sell online through our web shop, but are also available in the Netherlands with selected products in the following stores: ‘store locator’.
No, you are welcome to place your order as a ‘guest’. The advantage of creating an account is that if you want to shop with us again, all your shipping details will be saved. As an account holder you can also see your order summary on our website.
Our system is automated to send deliveries as quickly as possible. Therefore, we’re sorry but it’s not possible to cancel or change an order that’s been placed. You can return the order, or even refuse the delivery, then place a new order for the replacement item.

- Select your products and enter the shipping details;
- Choose the payment method 'Gift Cards' during checkout;
- Click on 'Checkout' and then select 'STOX Energy Socks';
- Enter the card number and the PIN code;
- Click on 'Redeem Gift Card'.
Yes, all prices listed on our website are inclusive of VAT.
Shipping
We offer free Royal Mail shipping on orders over £39 in the United Kingdom. Outside of this area, other thresholds may apply. Look up country-specific shipping rates on our shipping page.
Our system is fast! If you order before 23:45 p.m. on working days your order will be sent the same day. Once we ship your order, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and a Track & Trace code. Within Europe you can expect delivery between 1-2 business days. For UK and US deliveries it usually takes between 3-7 business days.
This depends on your location and carrier. We advise you to check the tracking link for the most accurate information.
Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so you can try your socks and return your order within 30 days. Please include the original packaging and packing list. We'll provide you with a refund of the purchase amount upon return. Unfortunately, we cannot cover shipping costs for returns.
We understand that sometimes a product you’ve ordered online just isn’t right. That’s why we give our customers the option to try their STOX for up to 30 days. However, once a sock has been worn we cannot resell it due to hygiene reasons. Under EU law it is not mandatory to receive returns on socks and underwear, but we would still like our customers to have this option. To make this viable we unfortunately cannot cover returns costs.
The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 working days after we receive your return shipment. You'll automatically receive an email confirming the refund.
If you've completed your payment using a gift card, we kindly ask you to reach out to our customer support team at support@stoxenergy.com. We are happy to help you in the process of obtaining a new voucher.
We currently do not offer exchanges. You'll need to place a new order if you want a different size or color. Please check our return policy on how to return your order.

You will receive a response from us within 14 days after receiving your complaint. If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can also submit it to the Disputes Committee Thuiswinkel (www.sgc.nl) or to this Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).

STOX eGift Card
After completing your order, you will receive the STOX eGift Card directly by email at the address you provided.
The STOX eGift Card is valid for two years from the date of purchase.
No, the STOX eGift Card cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded after purchase.
No, the STOX eGift Card is a digital gift card and can only be redeemed in our online store.
Yes, you can add a personal message during checkout. It will be sent along with the STOX eGift Card to the recipient.
If you used a STOX eGift Card to pay for the purchase, the balance of your STOX eGift Card will be reloaded or a new STOX eGift Card with refund amount will be created after the return process has been completed.
