Referral Program Terms and Conditions

PARTICIPATION QUALIFICATION

→ Anyone who signs up on STOX can refer friends. By providing a valid email address, and accepting the program’s Terms and Conditions, you can refer your friends and family to join the referral site.
→ You cannot refer yourself. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (this is deemed to be the case if the same email address, IP address, or browser session is used), as determined in STOX' sole discretion. Please note, that due to technical restrictions we are unable to manually correct, add, and confirm referrals if the criteria to identify orders are not met.

QUALIFIED REFERRAL

A Qualified Referral is defined as a product purchase that meets the following criteria:

→ Made via the site by a person who arrives by clicking on the unique Refer a Friend Program link (a "Referred Customer") provided to you by STOX under the Refer a Friend Program.
→ Order value after discount must exceed €20.
→ The Referrer’s unique referral link may not be shared, sold, or used in any way except for the Referrer to obtain Qualified Referrals.
→ You cannot refer yourself. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (this is deemed to be the case if the same email address, IP address, or browser session is used), as determined in STOX' sole discretion.
→ STOX will review the referred order within 30 days. Only orders that are not returned and that meet the above rules will be verified. Once a referred purchase is verified, you will receive another confirmation email to claim your reward.

REFERRAL REWARDS

→ Nobody tells the STOX story better than you, our customer. So when you recommend any of our products via the referral link, we’ll send you your reward as soon as we verify the order. The more friends you invite, the more you can earn.
→ Codes cannot be combined. Referred Customers may not combine any discounts obtained through their use of the Refer a Friend Program with any Offer Codes or promotions offered by STOX.

HOW TO CLAIM YOUR REWARDS

→ When someone buys through your referral link, you will receive an email informing you someone made a purchase using your link, automatically. Note, this only means that you’ve got the successful referral order and does not mean that you will receive the reward. The reward will only be sent to you after the order is verified by STOX per the above rules.
→ STOX will review the referred order within 30 days. Only orders that are not returned and that meet the above rules will be verified.
→ Once a referred purchase is verified, you will receive another confirmation email to claim your reward.

MULTIPLE REFERRALS

Friends referred to the STOX  Referral Program may only use one referral link. If a referee receives links from multiple STOX users, only the referrer of the first order by the referee will receive a reward.

TERMINATION AND CHANGES

→ STOX may suspend or terminate the Referral Program or a user’s ability to participate in the Referral Program at any time for any reason.
→ STOX reserves the right to suspend accounts or remove referral rewards if STOX notices any activity STOX believes is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the STOX Terms of Service.
→ STOX reserves the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals at our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
