Karolien is an acclaimed Dutch rower with tremendous willpower. In 2019, at the World Championships in Ottersheim, she earned her first silver medal. During the Summer Olympics of 2020 her second was won. And that was just the beginning.

In 2022 she earned gold at both the European and the World Championships. And she continued her golden winning spree in 2023 at the World Championships.

It remains her ultimate dream to win the golden medal at the Olympics. And looking at the steady rise in her performance, we believe that golden medal is but a row away.
