HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Returns from the US must be submitted through our "Return form". Log in with your order number and email address used for your purchase. After submitting your return, you will receive instructions on how to purchase your own return shipping label and send the item(s) back to us.

Pack your items securely (ideally in the original box), add the packing slip or order confirmation, and drop off your parcel at a parcel point.

We recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking and/or insurance. Returns can be made within 30 days of the shipping date. Return shipping is at your own expense and will be paid during the process.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

→ International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
→ We do not provide prepaid return labels for international orders. 
→ Any duties, taxes or customs fee are the responsibility of the customer.
→ Correct custom documents are the responsibility of the customer.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 14 days.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are not possible. You can return and reorder.

→ Returns are always processed and refunded within 14 days of receipt.

→ STOX B.V. is not responsible for the loss of returns that have not been registered via our return portal.
