Impact & Sustainability

We hold ourselves to high social and environmental standards, because real performance means progress on and off the track. We're building a cleaner way forward with 90% OEKO-TEX® certified production, over 15% recycled, responsible, or certified materials and fair, transparent partnerships.

But this is just the beginning.

STOX is a Certified B Corporation™

We’re proud to announce that STOX is officially a Certified B Corp. It’s not just a badge, it’s a belief, a blueprint, a promise. And it fits right into the way we think about performance: not as perfection, but as progress. Let’s be clear, it’s a mindset. One that guides how we design, decide, and show up for people and planet.

So what’s B Corp?

B Corp Certification (the B stands for “Benefit for all”) is a global certification for companies balancing purpose and profit. You need 80 points to get in, we scored 93.4. The maximum is 200 points.

Why B Corp matters to us

It’s a framework to grow with intention, a way to share our values and improve through them. Not perfection, but progress. One sock, one step, one choice at a time.

Yarn first

Yarn first

Performance starts at the yarns. Already, over 40% of what we produce uses certified yarns like organic cotton (kinder to the soil and environment), Repetita® recycled polyester (giving plastic bottles a second life while cutting water use by 86% and energy by 51,6%), and mulesing-free wool. That share grows every year. As STOX delivers high level performance compression, our materials must meet the strict performance standards. Step by step, more recycled and organic fibers are rising to that challenge. Whenever we can match performance with innovation, we choose the latest recycled yarns, moving toward more circular collections. Because the materials we choose today shape the impact we make tomorrow. In 2023, more than 15% of all our materials came from recycled, responsible, or certified origins. In 2025, we’ve already passed the 20% mark; and from here, we aim to keep improving by at least 5% every year.

Fair, clean, transparant production

Fair, clean, transparant production

We prioritize European production, with nearly all of our products made in Italy. Our relationships with suppliers go beyond contracts: they’re built on fair pay, safe conditions, and a shared drive to improve. Many of our partners set ambitious sustainability goals of their own, and together we push the industry forward. Reducing impact starts with measuring impact. In 2024, our footprint was 723 tons of CO₂. We’re targeting a 5% relative reduction every year in both our production and our outbound transport, a steady pace toward smaller impact and bigger progress.

It starts with us

It starts with us

Change starts with us. With our team, our choices, and how we show up every day. 55% of our team is female, and every employee gets one paid day per year to volunteer. Diversity and inclusion guide how we hire and grow. B Corp is about more than recycled yarns. It’s about fair pay, equality, and how we treat people, planet, and progress as inseparable.

Performance backed by purpose

Ethical production, proven clean materials, a supply chain you can actually see, and compression that goes the distance, like you do.

This isn’t a badge, it’s our north star

B Corp gives us structure, but more importantly, it gives us direction. We’re not claiming to be perfect; we’re committed to doing better, step by step.
