I had contact with Anne from team STOX because the first order I placed didn’t fit me length-wise, even though my measurements were correct. Anne replied super quickly and handled everything really smoothly. She suggested I try the larger women’s size instead, which honestly I was a bit skeptical about at first. But she reassured me it would fit better, so I trusted her advice and placed a new order. Once again, delivery was super fast, and turns out Anne was completely right. Super happy with the service and the fit now. The product itself is also really good and works exactly as promised. 10/10 would definitely recommend both the product and their customer service! Some of the socks I bought starting showing some wear and tear after just over a year and about 20 runs (of 2 hours each) - which I thought was a bit soon. I informed Stox, and was more than positively surprised with their response. They replied within an hour, sent me a new pair with explicit use instructions to prevent it from happening with my new pair. Socks are incredibly comfortable for long runs and I look forward using them again.

I really love Stox compression stockings. The night time restless legs symptoms disappear when I wear them during the day and I’m much less likely to get night cramps. My one niggle is my stockings chafe the flexures (behind the knees) which irritates the skin. I can’t seem to reduce that and maybe I’m in between sizes. Other than that, these are superb compression stockings. Do try the every day cotton and merino options and also the hiking compression stockings.

Very fast despatch and delivery. Thank you for the excellent advice and video how to put on your socks on. The graduated compression and the foot support, is fantastic cleared up all my symptoms of heavy legs, restless legs, plantar fasciitis. The toes and heels are shaped very well and the the top of the socks are wide and don't cut in. The fabric prevents sweaty feet and over heated legs, expensive but worth every penny.

Female who has inherited varicose veins and also works in retail, standing for long hours. My legs were so achy and heavy, often lasting into the next day. I felt like I didn't have any energy. I have worn many different compression leggings and calf sleeves which haven't worked. Decided to try the merino wool pack for the last week and wow I am so impressed. They have kept my legs from feeling achy and heavy. Going up stairs, standing and walking I feel like I have more energy. You do feel the compression but it's not uncomfortable especially at the end of the day like other brands - I was taking them off when I could. I will definitely be buying more and curious to try the running compression too. I know I'll need to get surgery soon however these compression leggings have become essential item day-to-day managing the symptoms. A gamechanger, thank you Stox!

U.S. customer. Great socks, multiple problems and delays with ordering process and delivery. Didn’t give promised 10% discount initially. Long delay at U.S. customs because of improperly completed shipping form. Delivery held by FedEx because of wrong address. Multiple emails back and forth. Basically they said they’re a Dutch company, deal with it. Nope. ***Btw, a day after receiving the item I get a bill from FedEx (verified) for $78 on a $150 order. Not for tariff (order under $800) but just FedEx customs processing fee. Waaaay to much hassle!!

I ordered socks. Honestly, I expected more. The material isn’t bad and they don’t make your feet too warm, but they are only compression socks. Communication from Stox was average. The biggest problem is the delivery – Stox generates a tracking number, but for the next five days nothing happens and the app says the number doesn’t exist. I expected more from it; I wouldn’t order it again and I don’t recommend the product.

I have had sciatica in my right leg for over a year. I tried everything, massages, pain killers etc..I also suffered from restlessness in the same leg. Whilst seaching for a solution for leg restless I came across STOX website. The website was very very informative and too the point information. So I decided to buy my 1st compression socks for women. I can now say that my sciatica has gone and restlessness has also gone and I miss not wearing the compression socks when they are in the wash. They also help me with fatigue in my legs and therefore my whole body. So just to say STOX, well done on a fantastic website and top class delivery and manufacturing. I contacted Stox two weeks after placing my order, as I had not received the product or any dispatch notification. Another week has now passed, and I still haven't received an update. I'm recovering from a calf injury and thrombosis, and was relying on this product to support my recovery. It was a significant expense for me, and not receiving either the product or a refund has impacted my ability to purchase an alternative. I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and service. Update: After my review I was contacted and received the socks after a few days. The socks are great for what I need, but there are clearly issues with the ordering/delivery process.

After having tightness in my ankle running up my calf and plantar fasciitis the last 4 week prior stopping my training completely. Some how these socks kept my feet ankles calf’s and knees in check all the way through! First time over a marathon distance annd into ultra territory and my legs feel in perfect condition.
