Quick service, easy to order the correct size. I have just ordered my third (flight) and fourth (ankle walking socks) pair of Stox. I had a broken ankle and whenever it swells up I just put a pair of Stox on and the swelling goes down. Very comfortable to wear.

I contacted Stox two weeks after placing my order, as I had not received the product or any dispatch notification. Another week has now passed, and I still haven't received an update. I'm recovering from a calf injury and thrombosis, and was relying on this product to support my recovery. It was a significant expense for me, and not receiving either the product or a refund has impacted my ability to purchase an alternative. I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and service. Update: After my review I was contacted and received the socks after a few days. The socks are great for what I need, but there are clearly issues with the ordering/delivery process.

Bought 2 pairs for me and a friend to wear during the Ratrace The Wall last Saturday 70 miles. After having tightness in my ankle running up my calf and plantar fasciitis the last 4 week prior stopping my training completely. Some how these socks kept my feet ankles calf’s and knees in check all the way through! First time over a marathon distance annd into ultra territory and my legs feel in perfect condition. Worth every penny! (My friend also had great results and finished injury free and in good shape.)

Product is great, however in a world of next day and same day shipping, the shipping process is bloated. Ordered on Friday and paid for express shipping and still haven’t received a dispatch notice. When paying nearly £100 for 2 x pairs of socks, I think this is important. Note - Stox responded quickly and attended to my issue which is now resolved, so updated to 5 stars.

Would rate lower if I could. Firstly you should state clearly that you can’t order certain items in UK. Try to order but states invalid address. Frustrating. But not as frustrating as not receiving a refund for a returned faulty item. Not as frustrating as not even dispatching my replacement order seems system is stuck Not as frustrating as not replying to customers emails or giving me my money back for two items I don’t have. Extremely poor customer service, expected more from the brand but seems more interested in taking customers money than anything. Strongly avoid. Unless you can afford to pay for items you never recieve

I brought a pair of the running socks and for me they just didn’t fit or feel right which I was gutted about. The best compression socks on the market! I seem to get cramp and tight calves when running and have also suffered injury of the calf. Since wearing Stox, I have noticed a huge difference, I can run for longer pain free and enjoy pushing my pace. Yes they are quite pricy for a pair of socks, but take it from me, I tried a cheap pair and learned my lesson. I wear running stox for training and racing and the recovery socks after. They have changed my life!!

There is no version for shorter people, unfortunately. My height is 150cm. The regular stox are a bit too long for me, and the excess of fabric gathers around my ankles or under the knee, giving too much pressure which is painfull.

Ordered 1/20 from the US. Delivered from the Netherlands on 1/24. Emailed shipment notifications were accurate. Delivery was fast & smooth. I tried the Women's hiking W3 tall socks yesterday. They fit great and were effective for my 7mi hike. In the past, my left foot, ankle, heel and calf muscles in both legs would act up. Yesterday, during the full hike, l felt great with zero pain. After hiking and into today...my feet/legs still feel great. Stox are well worth the investment.

Avoid! I had no problem with the delivery, arrived quickly and as described but, the refund process was a joke. Sorted the return through the returns portal on the Stox website and kept my tracking receipt, which alerted me that the product was received by Stox 48 hours later. After two weeks I'd had no correspondence about my refund so I emailed and sent proof of my return and the delivery confirmation.... no reply and no refund! Waited another week then emailed again... no reply and no refund!! Eventually got the refund from my bank and then up popped Stox saying they will refund me - that was three weeks ago and, guess what... still no refund. I would not buy from this company, spend your money somewhere else! I am editing this review to reply to the answer given by Stox below. Sure, I received an email from Stox telling me the refund would be processed, but it never materialised!! I've checked with my bank and it was never actioned so my initial review stands. Be careful where you spend your money.

A very poor experience - I placed an order a week before Christmas but still paid for expedited delivery so that the items would arrive for Christmas, which the order page said it would. I emailed as the items still hadn’t arrived the following week before Christmas but received no response. This made for quite an embarrassing Christmas when I wasn’t able to give my father-in-law his gift - and then today without any other non-automated correspondence, I get an email simply saying my order was being refunded as requested. I had never requested a refund and the total lack of customer support (after they failed to deliver an order) made for an altogether a terrible customer experience. Cannot recommend.
