How can I exchange my STOX Energy Socks?

We currently do not offer exchanges. You'll need to place a new order if you want a different size or color. Please check our return policy on how to return your order.

How long will it take to get my money back?

The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 working days after we receive your return shipment. You'll automatically receive an email confirming the refund.

If you've completed your payment using a gift card, we kindly ask you to reach out to our customer support team at support@stoxenergy.com. We are happy to help you in the process of obtaining a new voucher.

Why do I have to pay for returns?

We understand that sometimes a product you’ve ordered online just isn’t right. That’s why we give our customers the option to try their STOX for up to 30 days. However, once a sock has been worn we cannot resell it due to hygiene reasons. Under EU law it is not mandatory to receive returns on socks and underwear, but we would still like our customers to have this option. To make this viable we unfortunately cannot cover returns costs.

What's your return policy?

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so you can try your socks and return your order within 30 days using our return form. Please include the original packaging and packing list. We'll provide you with a refund of the purchase amount upon return. Unfortunately, we cannot cover shipping costs for returns.

How can I return an order from Switzerland?

Unfortunately, our return system does not yet support Switzerland. Therefore, you can register your return shipment yourself at a local post office. Please make sure to indicate that it is a return shipment so that no customs clearance fees will be charged. You can send the package to:

Please also make sure to include your name and order number inside the package so that our warehouse colleagues can process your return quickly and arrange the refund.
