SHIPPING & DELIVERY
STOX' estimated delivery time and shipping fees vary by country. We aim to deliver all orders within 5 business days, but many countries are eligible for next-day and two-day delivery.
You will receive a confirmation by email shortly after placing your order. Always make sure to re-check your shipping address for mistakes. Please note that extra shipping costs as a result of a wrong address will be at the customer’s own cost.
Your parcels will be delivered through high-end courier services. After your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email with a track & trace number so you can easily track your package.
CUSTOMS DUTIES
→ Customers within the European Union will not be charged any additional duties upon receiving your order.
→ Orders from outside of the European Union (e.g. Switzerland) may have local duties or taxes payable. For Switzerland, customs duties apply for orders over 62 CHF. If in doubt, check with your local customs office for rates.
