How do I return my order?

All returns must be registered via our returns portal. Log in with your order number and the email address used to place the order. After registering your return, choose your preferred shipping partner and create your return label (digital or printable). 

Pack your items securely (preferably in the original box), include the packing slip or order confirmation, and drop the package off at a parcel point. We recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking and/or insurance. 

Returns can be made within 30 days of the shipping date. Return costs are at your own expense and will be paid during the return process.
