Returns

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

All Swiss returns must be submitted through our "Return form". Returns can be made within 30 days of the shipping date. Log in with your order number and the email address used for your purchase. After submitting your return, you will have two options. Return with DPD via our system or a self post option.

DPD

→ If you choose the DPD option, you will receive a return label and custom documents to add to your return. 

SELF POST

→ If you choose a self post, you will receive instructions on how to purchase your own return shipping label, add the custom documents and send the item back to us.

RETURN COSTS

SWISS SELF POST RETURNS 

→ With self post customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
→ We do not provide prepaid return labels for self post returns.
→ Any duties, taxes or customs fee are the responsibility of the customer.
→ Correct custom documents are the responsibility of the customer.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 14 days. Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are not possible. You can return and reorder.

→ Returns are always processed and refunded within 14 days of receipt.
→ Returns must always be registered via our return portal.
→ STOX B.V. is not responsible for the loss of returns that have not been registered via our return portal.
