Order #670373 I bought socks as a gift…
Order #670373 I bought socks as a gift and therefore I cannot comment on the product. But when I ordered I mistakenly ordered W1 instead of W2. I immediately discovered the mistake and contacted STOX per mail (evening order) and again the next morning by telephone as soon as STOX opened the phones. I received friendly service, but was informed that the order could not be changed - not even by STOX itself. So I had to place another order in the correct size W2 and send W1 back when it had been received. It was an expensive purchase in return postage and a lot of trouble at the post office because they would not accept the barcodes on the return label you print from the website. Finally, it is not environmentally friendly that the package should be sent by truck from the Netherlands to Denmark and then send the package back by truck from Denmark to the Netherlands. Unnecessary consumption of a lot of CO2 in these times when we have to limit the emission of CO2. Now I'm waiting to get my money back for the stockings I sent back. I hope you got them? You must be able to do that better and more environmentally friendly.

Perfect running socks
Have several pairs of stop and they are extremely comfortable, stop your feet from overheating or feeling excessively sweaty whilst running. They aren’t cheap, but one pair lasted years till my big toe put a hole through, so overall good value for regular runners.

Delivered to wrong address twice initially, even though raised issue with wrong address prior to first delivery and after first delivery confirming correct address. Whilst this was frustrating they did provide good customer support to resolve issue from there and get another pair sent to right address on 3rd attempt and socks are a very good quality. Amazing! I brought the compression ski socks as I get water retention at high altitudes, which then means I can’t wear ski boots without my legs going numb. Sadly product arrived after I had gone on my skiing holiday so didn’t get the chance to wear them. Delivery took a whole week to get to me not the 2 to 3 business days it stated on website. Pretty poor in this day and age for a premium product. Very disappointed.

Very slow delivery and I live in a big EU capital. Address was incomplete and I had to send five emails to the seller to get it fixed. Meanwhile, I had left to my skiing (without my stox). Proposed to deliver new products at my temporary address in the Dolomites, but never received an answer.
